Att. Enes Kagan Bek graduated from Ankara University with honors and then completed his master's degree in Intellectual Property and IT Law at Leibniz University Hannover and Queen Mary University of London with Magna Cum Laude (very good). He is currently pursuing her PhD in Commercial Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is at the thesis stage. He has been a trademark attorney since 2022. Throughout his professional life, he has provided corporate consultancy and litigation services to companies operating in Turkey and worldwide. He specializes in Commercial/Corporate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, E-Commerce Law, Law of Obligations and Consumer Law. Publications: A Comparative Analysis Between EU and Turkish Trademark Law in Terms of Principle of Exhaustion and Trademark Licensing (Master Thesis) The Author's Right of Withdrawal and the Concept of Appropriate Compensation - was published in the Journal of Commercial and Intellectual Property Law after passing double peer review.
